Service Description
Let me capture the fun, faces and memories of your special event. I'll shoot from the side lines or from within the thick of it to capture the highlights and the laughter. In the two weeks after the event I'll select a range of images that capture the key moments, the people and the fun. These will then be globally edited and supplied to you via Dropbox as high resolution jpg images (shot on full frame SONY R3 & R4 cameras). The number of images delivered varies depending on the event and the length of time I will be shooting for. An Event shoot is based on an hourly rate of $175 per hour plus travel and costs if applicable with a minimum of two hours charged.
Cancellation Policy
The retainer is 50% refunded when at least 72 hours notice of cancellation is provided - if less than 72 hours notice is given then your retainer is non-refundable. Rescheduling can be done with at least 24 hours notice, if less than 24 hours notice is provided an additional retainer will be required.
